Head Designer with exciting new label is looking for a talented fashion design student to help create a junior sportwear line with long-standing company Apollo Apparel, which owns Mudd jeans. The new line is a high fashion label much like BCBG, slated to compete against Mango, BeBe and Zara.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Flat sketching in Illustrator
*Assiting in fittings
*Building trend boards for store presentations
*Shopping the market for samples
*Sourcing new fabric and trim
It`s an unpaid internship, but it will be invaluable experience, especially for a responsible self-starting student looking towork mon a high street high fashion brand. Assistant position could come available in the summer.
Student credit available.
Must be excellent in Illustrator. Immediate start.
